  With Bar-B-Q it's hit or miss this place is a hit. We ordered the Rib Tip dinner and the Pulled Pork dinner, both were excellent.  Had it delivered by Uber eats, I can only imagine how good it is when you eat in the restaurant. The only complaint I have were the beans, they had a very strong sage taste. The potato salad and Mac and cheese were very good.  I would not hesitate to order from here again. Next time tho we will dine in. I've eaten Bar-B-Q from all over SoCal. This place is one of the better places.
  
  Update :  went back today. The next day after having delivery so we could dine in. Tried to order the same as yesterday, pulled pork and rib tips. They were out of both  so we went with the Tri Tip and Brisket. Guess what, excellent. So far it appears that anything you order is top notch. The portions are big and delicious. The sides are great too. Went with Mac and cheese and potato salad. Passed on the beans this time as they were meh yesterday.

  Hidden gem in a residential area in the heart of Long Beach.  I was just driving by and realized was barbecue spot with an unusual and uninviting exterior, so checked yelp and gave it a try. Inside things change for a pleasant experience both with simple décor and great bbq smell.
  
  Ordered a dinner combo which came with a half slab of ribs, tri-tip, two side dishes and four bread rolls since they had run out of cornbread. The portions sizes are small for the side dishes sadly but that is the case almost everywhere. I added two sausages to the meal for a reasonable price near $30. The ribs are tender inside with a harder outer crust that just falls of the bone with a bite. Tri-tip was good also, I would just request a better cut next time as for this time it was mostly fat chunks. Big downside parking space as there is about 4 spaces which are shared with a nail salon next door and street parking in Long Beach is a nightmare.

  Delicious food. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and my friend had the beef ribs with Mac and cheese. The pulled pork was very tender, missing some flavor but still very good, the bun was so soft and that's always a plus. My friend enjoyed the ribs, they were crazy tender he barely needed the knife. He also enjoyed the Mac and cheese. The hot links were amazing! They were slightly spicy but nothing wild. The Cajun fries were also good. The dining area was nice a good amount of seating with some music playing. Will definitely be back to try their other meats!
  
  UPDATE: I got food again, to-go this time and it was amazing as always. Brisket was so fresh and the potato salad was unexpectedly really good!

  I like this place. I went in and had the rib tips and the side salad. VERY TASTY. The salad had a really great dressing - they use spring greens instead of iceberg lettuce which I appreciate. The meat was well seasoned. The portions are good- I recommend it.
